Working with hp technical support, we discovered that i had an old build of windows 10, even though i have automatic windows updates turned on. when i updated to windows 10 build 1607, my driver installed successfully, and the sound is working again.. Different user here, with very similar problems using the conexant isst driver 10.0.877.65 (sp75820) on zbook 15 g3. over the last month we have installed four different zbook 15 g3 computers, all four using this driver version.. Conexant audio driver installs and works, then randomly disappears „07-11-2017 03:38 pm the driver i installed is the one that hp said i should update due to security concerns (mistakenly embedded keylogger left in the production driver)..
